DESCRIPTION:The English Football League (EFL) Sky Bet Championship\, League One and League Two play-off finals will be held at Wembley Stadium in London. \nOnce the regular EFL season ends\, the play-off spots will be confirmed and teams will play two-legged semi-finals.
