SUMMARY:2024 supertri Chicago Triathlon
DESCRIPTION:The Chicago Triathlon weekend\, the second leg of the five-race 2024 supertri League series\, will be held on 24-25 August. Making its debut on the supertri League circuit\, the Chicago Triathlon is the largest short course triathlon in the United States and has been running for more than 40 years. \nOn Saturday 24 August the supersprint (0.23-mile swim\, 6.2-mile cycle\, 1.5-mile run) and kids races will take place. Then a day later\, Sunday 25 August\, the sprint (0.47-mile swim\, 15-mile cycle\, 3.1-mile run) and Olympic (1.5km swim\, 40km cycle\, 10km run) will be held.  \nThe event in the Windy City is set to attract more than 8\,000 athletes\, including more than 1\,000 youth athletes\, and more than 20\,000 spectators. \nThis year’s supertri League series features five events: Boston\, USA (18 August); Chicago\, USA (25 August); London\, UK (8 September); Toulouse\, France (6 October); and Neom\, Saudi Arabia (3 November).   \nFor more information see supertri.com
