2nd World Sports Tourism Congress 

Organised by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and the government of the Republic of Croatia, through its ministry of tourism and sport, the 2nd World Sports Tourism Congress will be held from 26-27 April 2023 at Fortis Club, Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala in the city of Zadar on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast.

With a theme of “Tourism & Sports United for Sustainability”, the congress will focus on subjects such as sports tourism’s economic impact, the sector’s contribution to sustainable development goals, how to promote a destination through hosting sports events, sponsorships and bidding procedures.
