Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022

FIS World Snow Day 2023

Organised by the FIS (International Ski Federation), the 12th edition of FIS World Snow Day will be held on Sunday 15 January 2023. Described as “The Biggest Day on Snow, All Year”, World Snow Day was established to increase youth participation in snow sports, to support and encourage involvement in snow sports, and to bring newcomers to snow whilst offering extra value to those who already participate. 2022 Fifa World Cup Qatar

The first ever Fifa World Cup to be held in the northern hemisphere winter will take place in Qatar from 20 November to 18 December 2022. A total of 32 nations will compete in the tournament, which starts with the group stage (eight groups of four) from 20 November to 2 December. The round of 16 is from 3-6 December, the quarter-finals on 9-10 December and the semi-finals on 13-14 December.
