Spartan Race Al Ain Zoo 2026

Spartan is set to return to Al Ain Zoo in the UAE on Saturday 10 October 2026 for an action-packed day of obstacle racing.

Bringing together elite athletes, experienced racers, first-time participants and families, the event will feature Spartan’s Sprint and Super race formats, alongside Spartan Kids races, giving participants of all ages the opportunity to push their limits and experience the excitement of Spartan racing.

The race lineup includes:

• The Spartan Sprint: A 5km course featuring 20 of Spartan’s classic obstacles. A demanding test of speed, strength, endurance and technical skill.
• The Spartan Super: A more demanding 10km, 25-obstacle course that tests endurance, strength and mental resolve.
• Spartan Kids: Young Spartans can take on 1km, 1.5km and 3km courses in a fun, safe and supportive environment.

Designed for athletes and families alike, Spartan Race Al Ain Zoo will bring together competitive racers chasing a podium, experienced Spartans, first-time participants and young athletes for a day of challenge, achievement and community.

The course will weave through the expansive grounds of Al Ain Zoo, offering athletes the unique experience of tackling signature obstacles with the sights and sounds of elephants, giraffes and other majestic wildlife in the background.

Held with the support of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC), the event continues a strong partnership that has helped elevate Spartan’s presence across the emirate. This collaboration builds on the success of Abu Dhabi’s annual Spartan World Championship, which has attracted more than 6,500 participants and played a major role in growing the sport across the region.
