One of the biggest talking points of 2026 is the introduction of a second Spanish round in Madrid, hosted on the new Madring street circuit, replacing Imola’s Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix and marking a major milestone for Formula 1’s urban expansion.
Key dates include the Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid (11-13 September) and a packed autumn stretch with races in Singapore, the United States (Austin), Mexico City, and São Paulo. The season finale returns to the Middle East with back-to-back events in Las Vegas (19-21 November) and Qatar (27-29 November) before concluding under lights at Abu Dhabi’s Yas Marina Circuit (4-6 December).
Pre-season testing runs throughout February 2026 in Bahrain, giving teams their first runs under the sport’s new technical and sustainable fuel regulations ahead of the championship battle.
